The York STS Double Half Rack puts two full half-rack stations back to back on a shared frame — two lifters, two bars, two pull-up bars, and plate storage for both, in the floor space of a single power rack and a half. It is built from the same Strength Training Series (STS) modular system as York's single half rack, so STS benches, spot arms, dip attachments and insets all bolt straight on.
Key Features
28 mm knurled bars with a 135° V-shape in the center for alternate grip positions.
Stainless steel hook plates adjust to 19 positions in 3-inch increments to suit any lifter.
Two sets of single bar holders (#54012) and two bench stringers (#54008) included.
Two sets of scuff-resistant pegs for 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 lb plates.
Add an STS multi-function bench, technique scoops, safety spot arms, dip attachment or a 21.75-in inset.
