Description
The BFSM250B's Smith bar travels smoothly along its carriage, and a simple twist locks it onto any of 20 lockout points if a rep stalls. Adjustable safety stops add a second layer of protection, so you can push to failure on squats and bench presses without a training partner.
The bar's 2" sleeves accept Olympic plates up to 300 lbs. Add a bench (sold separately) to cover bench press, incline press and seated shoulder press alongside squats, lunges, rows and shrugs. The machine measures 50" L x 66" W x 79" H.
