A Versatile Flat, Incline and Decline Bench
The Body-Solid GFID100B is an adjustable bench with a 3" round steel frame and a 600 lb. weight capacity. Independent back and seat adjustments cover decline, flat and incline positions, and transport wheels make it easy to roll into and out of a rack.

Description
The GFID100B uses a ladder-style back pad that sets to -18, 0, 15, 30, 45, 65 and 80 degrees, with a separate pull-pin seat that adjusts to 0, 8, 12 and 16 degrees. A leg lock-down with oversized rollers supports decline pressing and abdominal exercises.
Its 14-gauge, 3" round mainframe supports up to 600 lbs., and DuraFirm upholstery provides firm support. The bench accepts the optional GLDA3 leg developer and GPCA1 preacher curl attachments, and it is the bench included in the GLGS100 Corner Leverage Gym package.
