The BSTYM mats are built for yoga, Pilates and stretching at home or in a studio. The 3 mm mat is thin and portable, while the 5 mm mat adds extra cushioning for knees, hips and spine during floor exercises.
Both mats use a low-density construction with a light-tack surface that holds position on the floor and provides grip for hands and feet.
