The Body-Solid F600B FUSION Personal Trainer fuses conventional resistance stations with functional training technology in a single-stack home gym. At its core is a 4-position Bi-Angular press arm that guides the user through a convergent motion, applying resistance from two directions simultaneously rather than a single straight-line path. The synchronized articulating arms add another 160 degrees of adjustability in 20-degree increments, letting you angle resistance to hit stabilizer and core muscles that a standard press arm can't reach.
A dual-function leg developer combines a seated leg curl station with a leg extension built on pivoting rollers, maintaining tension on the quads through the full movement. The frame is built from heavy-duty 11-gauge oval steel tubing, and the machine supports over 60 exercises in total, from pressing and chest-supported rows to lat pulldowns and triceps extensions. A gas-assist telescoping seat and multi-position backrest, high-density foam grips, and chrome-plated endcaps round out the F600B's club-quality finish.
