Description
A barbell takes up more room lying down than it ever does standing up. This hanger flips the math. It cradles the bar by its sleeve on the rack you already own, which means the bar is off the floor, out of the walking path, and one step from the lift you are about to do.
The design is simple on purpose. Bolt it to the upright or crossmember you want, and it stays there. Every style uses a 1.25" inside-diameter slot, so any standard Olympic bar drops in. The powder coat is scratch resistant, which matters more than it sounds: bare steel-on-steel contact chews up bar sleeves over a few hundred rack-and-unrack cycles, and this finish keeps both parts clean.
Ceiling height is the one thing to plan around. PRx recommends adding 5" to the length of your barbell to find the minimum ceiling height you need, so there is room to lift the bar clear of the hanger without touching the floor or the ceiling. If your room is tight, the 81" style is the answer.
Important: this storage is designed for Build Limitless racks. It is not designed for rack-mounted storage on Profile racks.
