One Tool for Warm-Up, Assistance and Resistance
PRx Mobility Bands are the cheapest piece of equipment in the gym that you will actually use every session. Loop one over the rack for banded pull-up assistance, add a pair to the bar for accommodating resistance, or use the light ones for shoulder prep and post-lift stretching.
Each band is a continuous 41" loop of 100% latex. Choose a single band by width and colour, or grab one of three pre-built bundles using the Style option above: Light, Standard or Heavy.
Key Features
From a 5-15 lb yellow band for shoulder work up to a 65-175 lb blue band for heavy assistance and speed work.
Layered latex holds its snap through thousands of reps and returns to shape instead of stretching out.
Light, Standard and Heavy bundles cover a full progression without picking bands one at a time.
Double up two bands to hit a level between the standard sizes and fine-tune your assistance or load.
Trainers and physical therapists use these for isometrics, monster walks, lateral walks and banded squats.
Long enough to anchor to a rack upright, a bar, or your own feet for stretching and pull-aparts.
Description
A rack full of iron covers the heavy work. Bands cover everything around it. Five minutes of banded pull-aparts and dislocates before you press, monster walks before you squat, and a long banded hamstring stretch when the session is done. That is the unglamorous work that keeps you training week after week, and it needs almost no equipment.
The same bands do real strength work too. Loop a purple or green band over the pull-up bar and you can start building strict pull-ups today rather than someday. Anchor a pair to the base of the rack and clip them to the bar for accommodating resistance on the bench and squat, where the load climbs as you approach lockout.
Resistance ranges overlap on purpose, so you can progress in small steps and combine bands to land between sizes. If you are outfitting a gym from scratch, the Standard bundle is the sensible starting point; add the blue band later once assisted pull-ups get easy. PRx also offers wall storage to keep them off the floor and out of the sun.
