The PRx Profile Bench Wall Locking System is a small aluminium latch that snaps onto the back plate of your Profile Folding Bench the moment you fold it up. Pull the nylon tether to release, and the bench swings back down. That is the whole operation.
PRx's folding benches are not prone to coming away from the wall on their own, but a garage gym rarely stays a garage gym. If kids, pets, bikes or a car reversing in share the space, this is inexpensive peace of mind.

This lock removes the question. Fold the bench up and the latch snaps onto the back plate automatically, holding it snug to the wall until you deliberately release it. When you want to train, pull up on the tether and deploy the bench as normal. It adds about a second to your setup and takes the worry out entirely.
Installation is straightforward and does not depend on stud placement. Drywall anchors are included, so you position the lock where the bench actually rests rather than working around framing. At 4.5" x 2" x 1" it is small enough that you will forget it is there until you need it.
