Description
FITX stands for Foot Impact Transfer System. It is a cushioning and stability system incorporated into the deck of the treadmill to provide better shock absorption. It provides cushions upon initial impact, where your foot hits the belt towards the front, and then transitions to a firm, secure surface for push-off, with added rigidity farther back. This provides more lateral stability throughout, eliminating deck shift from side to side. The benefit is less stress on the ankles, knees, hips, and back
