The BodyCraft F704 F/I/D Dumbbell Bench (formerly the F320) is a versatile bench that excels with dumbbells and integrates seamlessly with BodyCraft XFT, RFT, and Jones machines, the F430 Power Rack, and most Smith machines and racks.

Description
As the bench inclines, the F704's pads slide back to stay in line with the bar, minimizing the need for constant adjustments and eliminating the hassle of turning the bench around for exercises like shoulder presses. The seat also declines for added comfort and stability when inclined.
The 2" thick, high-density foam seat and back pad are covered in double-stitched, industrial-grade vinyl, and oil-impregnated bushings at every pivot point keep the adjustment mechanism smooth over years of use. Metal caps with rubber soles on the front and rear legs add stability and protect your flooring.
