Its 1:1 arm-to-leg movement pattern encourages functional activities of daily living like climbing stairs, while a user-defined stride length from 2" to 11.5" with Intelli-Stride feedback keeps every session tailored to the individual.
Direct wheelchair access, step-through seating, and a grab bar make getting on and off easy, and arm length adjustments with rotating hand grips add comfort and a custom fit. A small footprint plus an integrated transport handle and wheels make the StepOne easy to place and move, and the full-color 7" touchscreen console displays stride length, ascent, watts, and METs alongside standard exercise metrics — useful for both users and clinicians.
