Body-Solid Cast Iron Hex Dumbbells are built for durability first. Each head is cast from ASTM grade 20 gray iron — the highest quality gray iron casting available — completely around and through two high-carbon roll pins permanently embedded in the steel handle, so the connection holds up under years of heavy use. All edges and corners are ground smooth for safe handling, and raised silver numbers on the head make it easy to grab the right weight at a glance.
Individual dumbbells are available from 3 lb. up to 100 lb., with 15 lb. and heavier models featuring extra-thick, stress-proof, knurled steel alloy handles for a secure grip under load. The line is also available as pre-assembled 210 lb., 550 lb., 650 lb., and 900 lb. sets for outfitting a full dumbbell rack.
