Description
Unlike the original Stairway, which relies on your body position and a waist belt to set your pace, the Stairway GTL's closed loop control lets you set your target speed right from the console — the system continuously senses your actual step rate and corrects it to hold that pace, even when fatigue has you leaning on the handles. No waist belt is needed.
Individual steel steps with polyvinyl tread give you a genuine stepmill-style climb rather than the rung-ladder motion of the classic Jacobs Ladder. The digital console tracks elapsed time, steps climbed, rate in steps per minute, and calories burned, with wireless heart rate monitoring built in.
