The PFT100's vertically adjustable, traveling pulleys swivel through 180 degrees with 20 different starting positions, giving you the range to train pulldowns, rows, presses, curls, and crossovers from a single machine. Two adjustable nylon cable handles and an integrated, knurled chinning bar round out the workout options, with accessory bar storage built into the frame to keep attachments organized.
