The STS is built to stand on its own, so it works in rooms where anchoring into the floor isn't an option. It ships complete with a bench stringer and a pair of single bar holders, along with the combo-grip pull-up bar and the adjustable stainless steel hook plates.
Overall, the rack measures 48.75" long by 67.5" wide by 96" tall, with 42" of clearance between the uprights, and ships at 417 lbs. It's available in White, Silver or Black and is backed by York's 1-year warranty.
