Description
Each Torque medicine ball is built from durable rubber with a dimpled, high-grip surface texture that keeps the ball secure in hand through throws, catches, and dynamic core work. The rubber shell is resilient enough for light bouncing as-is, and air can be added to increase the bounce for drills that call for it.
Balls are available in five sizes from 4 lb. to 12 lb. in 2 lb. increments, with both pound and kilogram markings molded onto each ball so coaches and athletes can identify the correct weight at a glance.
