Plate Loaded ISO Front Pull Down / Dual High Row
One station, two of the most important back-building movements: the Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded ISO Front Pull Down/Dual High Row lets you switch easily between a lat pulldown that emphasises back width and a high row that builds overall upper back thickness and rear delt development. Independent arms bring unilateral training into both movements, so each side of the back develops evenly.
A height-adjustable seat sets up a full stretch at the top of every rep, while a high-density foam chest pad with bracing handle locks in the correct torso angle and stabilises the body so the stress goes where it's meant to. Multi-grip angled handles allow pronated, neutral, or supinated grip options, and four integrated plate storage horns make loading fast between sets.
