The BodyCraft XFT Functional Trainer fuses barbell training with a full functional cable trainer in a compact 61"L x 50"W footprint. A rotating Smith-style barbell and dual swiveling front pulleys let you move seamlessly between barbell lifts and cable exercises on a single machine, all guided by a fixed path for safer, more controlled training.

Description
The XFT's rotating, counter-weighted barbell carriage travels 20" horizontally and 60" vertically across 64 positions, letting you perform squats, presses, and countless other barbell movements in a guided, safe format. Dual front pulleys swivel independently through 32 height positions for cable work like rows, flyes, and curls, while lower loops accommodate battle ropes and exercise bands for added variety.
The Double-Up feature lets you route the cables to double the effective resistance from the 150 lb weight stack (upgradeable to 200 lb), extending the machine's range for more advanced training. Included accessories — a functional bar, sports stick, triceps rope, padded ankle cuff, chin-up assist strap, contoured handles, and chain sets — along with five illustrated exercise posters make it easy to get started on day one.
