Description
Each of the Mi7's dual 150 lb. Silent Steel® weight stacks is upgradable to 200 lb. (400 lb. total), with solid steel plates that use pressed-in industrial plastic bushings for glass-smooth, metal-free operation. The 360-degree rotating columns and patent-pending Integrated Adjustment System give you 28 pulley positions per column, which can be used independently or together, while Split Weight Cabling™ extends cable travel to 114" with the strap handles attached.
Built-in Flip n Grip® technology provides five pull-up/chin-up grip options, including rock grips, and patent-pending Flip n Dip® technology adds narrow and wide-grip dip bars that store away when not in use. The Mi7 ships with adjustable strap handles, a long assist strap, a padded ankle/thigh strap, an ultra-light aluminum straight bar with revolving attachment points, an ultra-light aluminum curl bar, and an adjustable Core Stabilizer Pad, plus an integrated bottle holder, accessory rack, and adjustable tablet/mobile device holder.
