The BodyCraft RFT Pro is an all-in-one strength system that pairs a fully functional power rack with a 6-pulley cable trainer in a single commercial-quality frame. Description
The RFT Pro's power rack covers everything needed for a complete strength workout: vertical bar storage, a multi-grip chin bar, safety spotters, and three sets of bar catches — including utility catches on the front of the spotters. Bar catches and spotters adjust in seconds with solid steel pop-pins, and a laser-etched index on the uprights keeps both sides aligned. The safety spotters and utility hooks are topped with ultra-wear-resistant UHMW plastic to protect your bars' knurling over the long term.
The dual front pulleys swivel and adjust across 25 laser-etched height positions, so you can dial in the right angle for presses, curls, or rotational work and know both sides are level. At the rear, dual independent high and low pulleys add rows, pulldowns, and curls to the exercise library. The system ships with dual contoured single handles, a lat bar, a curl/row bar, a padded ankle cuff, and two 21-link adjustment chain sets, and can be expanded with an optional landmine attachment, dip handles, band pegs, weight storage racks, and a utility bench.
