Description
Rubber training bumper plates are versatile enough to be used for a variety of exercises, including Olympic lifts. Because they're built from solid rubber rather than bare iron, they help reduce noise and protect your equipment and flooring when a lift is dropped.
Each plate has a 2" reinforced center steel sleeve, so it loads and unloads easily on any standard Olympic bar without excess wobble or wear on the bore.
