The RS-2700 Chin/Dip Assist uses HOIST®'s patented ROC-IT™ technology to create a free-weight-style assisted training experience: the weight-assisted foot plate shifts the user's center of gravity throughout the movement, engaging the core and reinforcing proper form while reducing injury risk compared to a fixed assist platform.
With 14 total exercise variations available from a single station, the RS-2700 gives facilities a space-efficient way to serve everyone from first-time chin-up trainees to advanced users working unassisted dips and pull-ups.
