The RS-2101 Seated Dip is part of HOIST® Fitness's ROC-IT™ Selectorized line, built to deliver a joint-friendly, dynamically adjusting triceps exercise for commercial fitness facilities. ROX™ technology continuously repositions the user through the movement, combining the muscle-isolating benefits of a selectorized machine with the natural feel of a functional bodyweight dip.
