The Body-Solid Tools SDBX132 Adjustable Dumbbells use a Dial Tech system to move between 12 weight settings from 11 lb. to 66 lb. in 5 lb. increments, so you can go from a warm-up weight to a working set without leaving your bench. Dual-lock mechanisms hold each plate securely in place during the lift, while the precision-engineered steel plates and ergonomic, anti-slip handle keep the feel consistent from the lightest setting to the heaviest.
Built from heavy-duty steel and reinforced plastic, one pair of SDBX132 dumbbells stands in for 15 individual sets — 900 lb. of dumbbells — while taking up a fraction of the rack space. An optional storage stand with locking caster wheels is available separately for tidy storage and easy transport between rooms.
