With just a few adjustments, the NOHRD Bike can always be tailored to your size — both the handlebar and saddle lock at different heights for a safe, effective training experience. A cleverly designed holder opens to securely accommodate your smartphone or tablet, and a concealed rubber fastening band pulls out from the wooden frame for a steadfast grip while exercising or repositioning the bike.
