Description
The Airdyne AD7's single-stage fan resistance system means there's no dial to set — your own pedaling and pushing effort determines the resistance, giving you infinite levels of challenge with low maintenance and efficient power transfer. The optimized fan is tuned for higher resistance with reduced noise, and an included air diverter blocks the rush of air the fan generates so it doesn't blow directly on you as you ride.
A multi-display LCD console keeps time, distance, calories, RPM, watts, pulse, and speed continuously visible, while telemetric heart rate technology gives you real-time heart rate readings through a wireless receiver compatible with any Polar-compatible 4.5-5.5kHz chest strap (strap not included). Dual-action moving handlebars with multi-position hand grips work your upper body in sync with your legs for a total-body cardio workout, and a 4-way adjustable seat lets riders of different sizes find their ideal position. An integrated water bottle holder and transport wheels round out the ride.
