The Schwinn IC4's 100-level magnetic resistance system delivers a smooth, quiet ride with simple, single-knob adjustment. A backlit LCD console keeps your key workout metrics in view, while Bluetooth connectivity pairs with the included heart rate armband and syncs with the JRNY, Peloton, Zwift, Kinomap, and Explore the World apps for guided and virtual training, plus Apple Health and Google Fit (separate app subscriptions required where applicable). A USB charging station and media holder keep your device powered and in view throughout your ride, and a pair of 3 lb. dumbbells with easy-reach cradles let you add upper-body work without leaving the bike.
4-way adjustable handlebars and a vertically and horizontally adjustable seat let riders of different sizes find their ideal fit, while dual-sided pedals with SPD clips on one side and toe cages on the other accommodate cycling shoes or regular athletic shoes. The IC4 is built to fit riders from 5'1" to 6'4" (29"-39" inseam).
