Inner and Outer Thigh Training for G-Series Gyms
The Body-Solid GIOTB adds a seated adductor and abductor station to Body-Solid G-Series home gyms. It uses the gym's weight stack and a no-change cable design for quick transitions between inner and outer thigh exercises.

Description
Hip adductors and abductors help stabilize the knees and pelvis but are hard to train with free weights. The GIOTB attaches to Body-Solid G-Series gyms and draws resistance from the existing weight stack, adding a dedicated seated station in a compact footprint.
Five range-of-motion settings let each user choose a comfortable starting position, and swiveling knee pads follow the legs through the movement. The no-change cable design means switching from inner to outer thigh work takes only seconds.
