Description
Dynamic adjustment is the essence behind the HOIST ROC-IT line. Using ROX technology, the user becomes an integral part of the exercise as the machine continuously adjusts to the movement of the exercise arm, delivering the unrestricted joint movement and core-activating benefits of functional training combined with the stability of machine-based equipment.
On the RS-2412 Glute Master, a rocking downward torso movement drives glute activation while the adjustable knee pad and foot plate help dial in proper form for each user.
