Description
Built for both home and light commercial settings, the GCEC-STK isolates the quads on the extension and the hamstrings and glutes on the curl, all from a single, biomechanically correct seat angle that keeps the muscle group properly isolated throughout the movement. A rotary range-of-motion adjustment allows for various starting positions, and the leg hold-down piece stores neatly on the frame when not in use.
The machine ships with a 210 lb. weight stack and can be upgraded to a 310 lb. stack (sold separately, in 15 lb. increments) for progressive overload as strength increases. It's backed by Body-Solid's In-Home Lifetime Warranty and Light Commercial Warranty.
