Description
The PUB30 uses a cantilever design: the top bar rests above the door trim and your body weight holds it in place, so it installs and removes in seconds. It fits doorways 27.5" to 30" wide with trim at least 2" wide, and its protruding close-grip handles allow palms-facing pull-ups that emphasize the middle back.
The PUB34 is a heavy-gauge reinforced steel chinning bar that attaches to the door frame with included hardware. It adjusts from 29" to 38" wide, stands 10" off the frame for full-range pull-ups, and lifts out of its brackets for storage.
