Description
Vertical knee raises train the lower abdominals and hip flexors, while dips work the triceps, shoulders and chest. The VKR30 puts both on one station that attaches to the EXM3000LPS home gym.
Note that the VKR30 and the MH30 Multi-Hip Station use the same mounting position, so only one of the two can be attached to the EXM3000LPS at a time.
