Description
Each of the two sleeves accepts a 15kg or 20kg Olympic barbell, letting two lifters landmine train side by side or one lifter alternate exercises without re-threading the bar. The attachment weighs 8.2 lbs and mounts to uprights with 5/8-inch holes, including Fringe Sport's Squat Rack with Pull-Up Bar (Garage Series), Retractable Power Rack, Floor-Mounted Power Cage, and Commercial Squat Rack lines — it is not compatible with the Garage Series Squat Cage, Kip Cage, or 3x3 rigs.
