Dynamic Rotational Core Training with ROX™ Technology
The HOIST® RS-2602 Rotary Torso combines two training modes in one machine: ROC-IT for dynamic instability that increases muscle engagement, and LOCK IT™ for a stable, controlled range of motion. Ergonomic support throughout the movement helps users train rotational strength safely and effectively.

Part of HOIST Fitness's ROC-IT™ Selectorized line, the RS-2602 Rotary Torso is available in a range of upholstery colors and frame finishes so it can be matched to any facility's look. An optional 5 lb. weight upgrade (RS-CAGE-NG-OPT1) is available for facilities that want a heavier top-end load.
