- Tubing diameters of 1.65 in (42 mm) and 2 in. (50 mm) with .25 in. wall thickness
- Two sets of handles spaced 25 in. apart are lightly knurled for a sure grip
- Dual handle design allows athletes to switch grips by simply flipping the bar over
- Accommodates Olympic sized plates of as much weight as can be loaded on its 16 in. (406 mm) sleeves
- Designed for Torque Spring Lock-Jaw Pro Collars, and compatible with many but not all other collars
