The MotionCage is Hoist Fitness's series of functional training system exercise stations, configurable to suit any facility's layout and needs. MotionCage Package 1 (MC-7001) is the entry configuration in the line, built around bodyweight, mobility, and core stations in the smallest footprint of the numbered MC series.

Description
Package 1 gives a facility the core MotionCage climbing and bodyweight circuit — monkey bars, a rock wall, a peg board, a dip station, and a jump platform — without the pulley, boxing, or rebounder stations found on higher packages in the line. It suits gyms that want to introduce functional, multi-station group training in a smaller footprint and lower price point than the fully loaded configurations.
As with every MotionCage package, the frame doubles as storage, with built-in hooks for bands and battle ropes and shelving for kettlebells and medicine balls, so the whole station stays organized between classes.
