The MotionCage is Hoist Fitness's series of functional training system exercise stations, configurable to suit any facility's layout and needs. MotionCage Package 3 (MC-7003) adds a Dual Hi-Lo Pulley Station to the Package 2 circuit, turning the cage into a full cable-training hub.

Description
Package 3 layers a Dual Hi-Lo Pulley Station and Renegade Station onto the Monkey Bars, Rock Wall, Fixed Peg Board, Dip Station, Jump Platform, JumpSport Rebounder, and Fairtex heavy bag shared with Package 2, giving trainers cable-resistance work alongside the bodyweight, plyometric, and striking stations already in the cage. The pulley station ships standard at a 4:1 ratio with a full accessory set for curls, ankle work, and strap-handle exercises.
Because the pulley towers take up part of the frame, Package 3 carries fewer band/rope stations and shelves than Package 1 or 2, trading some storage capacity for cable-machine functionality.
