The MotionCage is Hoist Fitness's series of functional training system exercise stations, configurable to suit any facility's layout and needs. MotionCage Package 4 (MC-7004) swaps in a Squat Rack alongside the Dual Hi-Lo Pulley Station, built into the widest footprint of the numbered MC series.

Description
Package 4 pairs a dedicated Squat Rack with the Dual Hi-Lo Pulley Station and Renegade Station also found on Package 3, while keeping the Monkey Bars, Rock Wall, Fixed Peg Board, Dip Station, Jump Platform, and Fairtex heavy bag common to the MC series. Unlike Package 3, it does not include the JumpSport Rebounder Station — the added Squat Rack takes its place in the layout.
With fewer band/rope stations than Package 1–3 (built into the widest footprint of the numbered line to accommodate the rack and pulley towers), Package 4 is aimed at facilities prioritizing barbell and cable strength training over rebounder/plyo work.
