Each of the S1000's four stations targets a different area of a complete workout: the Adjustable Cable Column handles a wide range of cable-based exercises, the Bench Press station adds Leg Extension/Leg Curl capability, the Lat/Mid Row station covers back training, and the Leg Press/Calf Raise station rounds out lower-body work.
