Body-Solid's OPT Gray Grip Cast Iron Olympic Plates are cast from high-quality gray iron and finished with a baked hammertone gray coating that stands up to chipping and rust over years of use. The quad-grip design is built directly into the casting, giving lifters a secure, comfortable hold when loading or unloading plates from a barbell or storage rack.
Manufactured under U.S. Patent No. 5,137,502, licensed from Iron Grip Barbell Company, Inc., the OPT line runs from a 2.5 lb fractional plate through 45 lb, and is also available in pre-assembled sets from 105 lb up to 455 lb.
