Built from powder-coated 11-gauge steel, the 2x3 Dip Station pins directly into 2"x3" uprights with 5/8" holes and adjusts to your preferred height. It's tested to a 600 lb weight capacity, so it holds up to weighted dips as well as bodyweight work, and it's backed by a 1-year warranty. Because it's sized for 2x3 tubing, it won't fit 3x3 racks like the Dane 1.0, Dane 2.0, or Osprey — Fringe Sport's 3x3 Dip Station is built for those.
