Description
The RS3's magnetic resistance system delivers 20 levels of whisper-quiet, customizable resistance, and 4.5" self-balancing pedals with adjustable safety straps keep every ride secure. Its deluxe recumbent seat features deluxe cushioning, a mesh back, and a reclining seat back with a 20-degree range of motion, adjustable via a lever, plus 13 fore-and-aft positions set with a spring-loaded handle.
The Go Console features a custom-etched LCD display, 13 pre-loaded workout programs plus 3 goal workouts, room for 1 custom workout per profile, and support for up to 2 user profiles. Heart rate is tracked via contact grip sensors on the stationary handlebars or Polar-compatible wireless telemetry, and the console is self-powered — pausing your workout for more than 30 seconds without a power adapter will end the session.
