Five Levels of Band Resistance
Body-Solid Tools BSTB Resistance Bands are 41" continuous-loop bands offered in five color-coded tension levels, from a 1/2" very light band to a 2 1/2" very heavy band. Buy a single level or the 5-pack that includes one of each.

The lighter BSTB1 and BSTB2 bands suit general conditioning, stretching, rehabilitation, jumping drills and arm work. The medium BSTB3 and heavy BSTB4 bands are commonly used to add accommodating resistance to bench presses and lower-body exercises, and the BSTB5 is the heaviest option for banded squats, deadlifts, leg presses and shrugs.
Because every band shares the same 41" length, coaches and home users can move between levels without changing anchor points. The 5-pack gives a complete progression in one purchase for group training or a home gym.
