Each sandbag ships unfilled with a set of internal filler bags: the 10kg size includes two 5kg fillers, the 20kg size includes four 5kg fillers, and the 30kg size includes six 5kg fillers, so you can load exactly the weight you need. Double-layer velcro fastenings keep the fillers sealed inside the 1050D nylon outer shell for a no-spill, no-mess training tool.
