The IC5's Poly-V belt drivetrain and lightweight 7.6-lb aluminum flywheel deliver smooth, quiet power transmission, while an ultra-quiet magnetic resistance system offers instant, precise adjustment via a 300-degree dial beneath the handlebar. The included WattRate LCD+ computer displays real-time watts, heart rate, RPM, duration, and resistance level, with Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity for pairing with fitness apps, plus Coach by Color zone training to help riders stay in their target training zone.
Both the saddle and handlebar offer vertical and fore/aft adjustment via aluminum pin-to-lock posts for a comfortable, personalized fit. Dual-sided pedals combine SPD cleat compatibility on one side with a toe cage on the other, accommodating cycling shoes or regular athletic footwear.
