Throwdown Industries has been building functional fitness and combat-sports equipment out of Southern California since 2003. The brand built its early reputation in the MMA and boxing world — fighters like Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture, and Ronda Rousey trained on Throwdown gear — before expanding into the CrossFit and functional training boom of the mid-2000s. That combat-sports DNA is still visible in the product line today, from heavy bags and Ground-N-Pound dummies to competition kettlebells and urethane-coated barbells built to survive daily drops.
