Description

The Matrix Rower delivers 10 levels of dial-adjustable magnetic resistance on a durable steel frame with an aluminum monorail and a coil-spring poly-V belt drive. The backlit LCD console is self-powered by your rowing stroke, with a backup memory battery so your settings are never lost, and tracks time, distance, strokes per minute, stroke count, watts, heart rate, calories, and 500m split across Manual, Interval, and Challenge workout programs. A telemetric heart rate receiver is built in (chest strap sold separately). Note: this console does not include Bluetooth or companion-app connectivity.

A contoured, padded seat and adjustable heel-cup foot stretchers keep you comfortable through longer sessions, and the rail folds to store vertically when you're done, requiring roughly 8 feet of ceiling clearance.
