The NOHRD Wall Compact's touchscreen training system offers a selection of full-body workouts combining cable training, ski erg, free weights, and bodyweight resistance exercise, plus a daily streamed Workout-of-the-Day for motivation. Pair a Bluetooth-compatible chest strap for heart rate monitoring during your session.
The SlimBeam cable machine, built into the left section, targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously with continuous core engagement, and its cable butterfly feature swivels and adjusts to your desired height. The right-hand ski erg simulates classic cross-country skiing using an eddy current brake and disc resistance system for an intense, full-body workout.
Each unit ships with a full set of 8 hand-stitched leather SwingBells that store directly on the wall — an ideal functional training tool for building strength and improving balance, coordination, and core stability.
