FitnessFactory.com offers LTL (Less than truckload) freight shipping on most orders over 150 lbs.

• Extended handling time of 5-7 business days. Overall time to receive is generally 14 business days or less, unless otherwise specified

• Delivery requires an appointment, and signature upon delivery. The freight carrier will call you a few days in advance to schedule
• Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY, during business hours
• A liftgate is included to get the shipment off the truck and onto the ground, delivered curbside. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or bringing inside
