The Endurance R300's air resistance wheel is entirely self-powered — there's no motor and no wall outlet required, and the resistance you feel is generated by your own rowing effort through an adjustable damper with 9 settings. A nickel-plated chain drive is built for long-term durability, and adjustable footrests help riders of different sizes find a safe, comfortable position.
The console tracks time, stroke, heart rate, calories, paddle width, stroke rate, distance, cycle, and watts across 8 built-in programs, including Quick Start, Distance, Time, Calories, and interval modes, with Polar-compatible wireless heart rate strap support (strap sold separately) and a built-in phone holder. When you're done, the frame separates into pieces and rolls on front transport wheels for compact storage.
